Moreover, Gen <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW215803325 BCX0\">Zers<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW215803325 BCX0\"> use digital mental health tools more often than other generations, so <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW215803325 BCX0\">emphasising<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW215803325 BCX0\"> how technology might close gaps in conventional mental health treatments. Though worries about too much screen time persist, the type of social <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW215803325 BCX0\">media engagement\u2014active vs passive\u2014matters more for psychological well-being.
